ROSE OF THE HEART

You are warmly invited to meet with Rose, in our heart-centred collaboration.

Emilia-Jane and Billie Maree are delighted to weave this offering together combining their love of Rose and embodiment practises creating the Rose of the Heart Journey.

 Beginning in circle with rose tea meditation and sharing leading into movement - first with hatha yoga inspired by Rose. Then Billie will guide the journey with a set curated in collaboration with Rose.

 As we wind down we will finish with a dreamy Rose yoga nidra accompanied by sound and rose water to integrate the gifts of rose into your whole being.
